What will you do?
Picafuel is seeking a PMO Manager to lead our Project Management Office,
overseeing multiple complex projects, particularly those involving software
integrations and go-live initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project
management skills, experience in software development life-cycles, and the
ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
• Develop and Manage PMO Framework: Implement project management
standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Project Oversight: Manage the entire project portfolio, including software
integration and go-live projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to project management
policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact for project stakeholders,
facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Performance Reporting: Maintain project dashboards, reports, and metrics to
track performance.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance project delivery
and implement process improvements.
Professional Skills:
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Experience in managing software integration projects and complex go-live
activities
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
Personal Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• High-level English proficiency
